Enable States and Victims to battle on the web Sex Trafficking Act of 2017

(Sec. 2) This bill expresses the feeling of Congress that area 230 regarding the Communications Act of 1934 wasn’t meant to offer appropriate protection to sites that unlawfully promote and facilitate prostitution and internet sites that facilitate traffickers in marketing the sale of unlawful sex functions with intercourse trafficking victims.
